Refund Policy - Swarnim Veda

Specifically, we focus on customer satisfaction, and we don’t like our valuable customers should leave unhappy. Concerning all our efforts, if any customer wants a refund of his/her order, we honourably want to mention that we don’t have any refund policy.
We provide a refund to the customers only if we find the product is damaged, defective, or disliked during delivery.
Once we get a refund request from your side, we execute the refund process as per the mode of payment you have chosen while ordering the product described below.

Prepaid Order

The payment is made during the product is purchased through a credit card, debit card, or net banking is called prepaid order. The process usually takes 1-2 business days to initiate and further, and it may take approximately 5-7 business days to reflect the credit or debit card/ net banking account.

Cash on Delivery Order

In the case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we initially take the bank detail of the customer, and the money will be transferred to the bank account, which may take 5-7 working days to complete the process.
